Tai Chi Ageing Well Class

Local PCSO Steadman & Monni attended a Over 50s Ageing Well Tai Chi class yesterday at the Waterfront Museum.

Not only did we get to join in and work up a bit of a sweat, but we also had the opportunity to chat with attendees about local issues, answer questions, and hear what’s important to our community.

A huge thank you to everyone for making us feel so welcome. It was a great morning filled with laughter, conversation, and a reminder that staying active is good for both body and mind!
